【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesprinciplesforthemeasurementofdropletdriftfromalltypesofequipmentdesignedforapplyingplantprotectionproducts.Detailedspecificationsrelatetotractor-mounted,trailedandself-propelledagriculturalsprayersoperatinginarablefieldcrops(boomsprayers)andinbushandtree(includingvines,hops,fruit)crops(includingbroadcastair-assistedsprayers).Theprinciplesarealsoapplicableforanyhand-heldequipmentoraircraft,butdetailedprotocolsforsuchsystemsarenotincludedinthespecificationsdefined.Allmeasurementsaremadewiththesprayeroperatingoutdoorsintypicalfieldconditionsoroveradefinedsurfaceincludinggrassturf.Cropconditionsincludeallarable(field)andhorticulturalcropsthatwouldbetreatedwithaboomsprayer.Measurementsofthecropandbasicmeteorologicalconditionsatthetimeofsprayingaremadeaspartofthetestprocedure.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthemakingoffieldmeasurementssoastodeterminethequantitiesofspraydriftduringapplicationatdefineddistancesfromatreatedareaforriskassessmentpurposes.Standardmeasurementdistancesaredefinedthatareusedtoenabletheresultsfromdifferentexperimentstobecompared.Measuresofdriftcanrelatetoeitherthedepositionofsprayontohorizontalsurfacesoutsideofthetreatmentareaortoairbornesprayprofilesthatcanbecharacterisedatgivendownwinddistancesdownwindofthetreatmentarea.Depositionontohorizontalsurfacesisrelevanttotheassessmentoftheriskofcontaminationof,forexample,surfacewater;whereasthemeasurementofairborneprofilesarerelevanttoriskassessmentsrelatingtoinhalationeffectsandtothecontaminationof,forexample,vegetativestructuresatfieldboundaries.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletobothsituations,althoughtheemphasisinanyseriesoftrialsmaybevariedbyselectionofthesamplingmatrixtobeused.Wherecomparativeassessmentsoftherelativedriftriskfromdifferentapplicationsystemsareneeded,thenthisInternationalStandardisapplicable,butsomerequirementsrelatingtotheuseofreferencesprayingsystems,collectors,selectionanddefinitionofthetrialsitemayneedtobemodified.Adescriptionofsuchmodificationsisincluded,whereappropriate.Driftmeasurementsrelatetoapplicationconditionsaimedatachievingrealisticlevelsofdepositonatargetwithinthesprayedarea.Sincedriftiscommonlyexpressedasaproportionoftheapplicationrate,itisimportantthatsomedirectassessmentsoftargetdepositsbemadeaspartofthedriftmeasurementprocedure.
